I've run Alin's t-bol and var for a couple of different cycles and I must say I'm impressed by the results for cutting. No need for test or insanly high does of several coupounds. Just a sound diet, good training and good quality orals. I really want to bump BP and Alin cause in this time of crisis it's much appreciated to have quality products and reliable service for the right price!

how were you running those orals and how long?
 
Thank you. I was taking one compound at a time. I took 50mg of t-bol for 8 weeks. 6 weeks break. And 80mg of Var for 8 weeks. I didn't feel I was shut down by either. So that's why I didn't even care to run any pct for those 2 particular orals. No sides at all.

Are those before and after shots from 1 cycle? Great results, beastly! Curious on blood work and liver values, however.

No libido issues, shrinkage or other noticeable effects?

Did you run any liver support or anything to that effect?

Have you even run a test only cycle before or anything like that or were you working with fresh receptors?

I don't mean to ask questions that might sound like I am being a hater for what might be an unconventional cycle. I am just really interested about this because you obviously attained a very desirable look but I am always thinking about the health aspects as well.

In any case great job. I like that you were in relatively good shape before you started.

The diet. Well basically very low carbs, clean proteins, some good fats. Pretty strict yes sure but I believe you can get away with almost anything as long as you burn more than you eat... But obviously the cleaner you are the faster the results. I banned bread, pastas, sodas etc.. I took about 3 protein shakes a day. Lot more fruits and vegetables. Main carb sources were potatoes and corn. Main fat: olive oil, almonds. Main protein: shakes, chicken breasts, fish. Drank mostly water, sometimes skim milk.

I don't believe in conventional cardio to burn fat. The concept of target heart rate just doen't make sense to me. I've done one or 2 very intense cardio sessions per week. About 30min to an hour of interval training. This way I think the fat burning effect takes place for several days because your body needs more energy to recover from an intense session rather than a typical treadmill run.
