I know someone will say to do some research or some shit like that but I want to know current opinions on this. Say a person is taking 30 mg of halo. Which would be a better routine for hardness and strength.

1. all 30 before workout
2. 15 at 6 am 15 at 6 pm?

Honestly , don't think you would notice much of a difference at all. I've tried both, I've tried taking orals with grape fruit, I've honestly never noticed much of a difference, in terms of results, of course everybody responds differently though.

I just thought with the longer half life of halo it may produce better results.
