Orals 2 weeks ON 2 OFF

hello everyone, I got a report from a certain pro (for those interested I can throw it in full) a lot does not differ from the plans of other coaches and players but there is one interesting thing in it - the cycle of 2 weeks on 2 OFF.

what do you think about such something? I personally have many years of experience but I have not used such a system. Looking objectively, it has a certain sense because I always feel the biggest increases in strength head in the first 2 weeks of use and this way of dosing would also be relatively "healthy" for the liver.

I am interested in your opinions, especially Mike Arnold, because he always advocates using the plowing much longer.

I remember this going around many years ago. The thought and science behind it makes sense. It also did depend on what the oral was.

Ive always hear the same time on same time off but then again I’m not a pro at this unlike many people here. Do let me know if you get further knowledge on this.

I've used 5 on/2 off and it works well. Helps with blood pressure and bloating depending on the drug.
