Works good for me in 4+grams. Agamate is another option to arginine.

Aakg is ok...but I agree, Agmatine is better

Arginine is a precursor to N.O. But it is not orally bioavailable.

Side effects can include low bp and brutal headache.

Fully loaded glycogen
Properly hydrated w water
Insulin
Oral like dbol/adrol/sdrol etc
Glycerine
Creatine
Other NO supps, citruline mallate, beta arganine

this is true i use beet root extract for bp as a natural measure and it works very very well. i dont do he juice though. its disgusting. beet root extract does the job fine.

Juicing beets sucks. Drink too much you'll get like a beta alanine tinkle and a fucking aweful stomach ache.....not to mention you shit purple for twenty-four hours

I have juiced tons of beets never with a bad reaction. The purple in the toilet scares the hell out of everyone before they know this is normal.

It may not of done well with my stomach, but multiple times this happened to me. I will say I made it a ritual to drink them before every cardio conditioning event in the military.
