taking osta in the morning...with no other supps except occasional multi and fishoil

my fuckin scale broke.;... need to go out and get another one so no weight for now but i feel great

headaches are alomst fully gone and i have a sense of well being all day...

one weird note my left eye twitches a little but this also happens when i take in too much caffiene... just something to note.....

hopefully this is when it starts to get really good. still on 12mg-15mg
