Thoughts? Seems to be counter productive but I'm reading it's used as a bridge and helps save gains but isn't the whole point to bring your shit back to normal

You're better with MK-677.

As others have stated something like mk-677, lr3, or des would be great for pct or after a cycle.

Ostarine is suppressive so it's stupid to run it during pct or as a bridge unless you don't give a crap about recovering your natural test. Although it could be useful for some during a cruise at a sensible dose (added to trt test) as it should be fairly well tolerated and not mess up blood work too much. Although again I think during a cruise MK-677 would be a much better option.

I agree with this as well. I ran OSTARINE a few times and wasn't impressed at all.
