I use this gizmo quite a bit. Not super great, but does a decent job. Can rest it on the quads and push down with your hands to grind you quads, or flip it over and rest your lower leg on it to grind your calves.

Mainly use it for upper back/neck since I am an office jockey.

Literally just bought this for the wifey. She’s always complaining about tight shoulders and her upper back being tense. Saw it on an ad and thought why not, it’s cheap too. You’ve had good luck with yours?

Had it for a few years...I find it is decent...and yes, it was quite inexpensive.

Bought a wall mount massage gun holder. Huge fail and returned it.

Friend suggested this thing, bought it and it is deadly for digging out knots around the rhomboids.

We don’t use our regular oven anymore, this thing can do everything and is so fast it preheats to 400* in like 1 minute. If it broke I’d go out and buy another one the same day

I use this thing 10 times a day, no exaggeration. Toaster in the morning for the kids. Air fryer pretty much every meal throughout the day. Oven setting for dinners. Wife reheats all her leftovers. And folds up. Even though I feel is does all these things slightly worse than the individual appliance, I'll never use anything else lol

I have this same one if it's the flip up. Great unit. Couldn't be happier and outside of really big meals we don't use our oven either. Preheats in 60 seconds. Love it.
