I stopped using small pins because of this, had way to many issues. I use 1 inch only now. I also stopped doing leg shots years ago, shit scares me after I had a bad shot in quad. my right leg is still slightly bigger 7 years later.

Just because it isn't hot to touch doesn't mean its not inflamed. Id rather poke myself another time and see if I can drain it over letting it brew sub q.

Had a buddy do that with his shoulder those fuckers can take weeks to dissipate.

Not saying I don't see your point after a more time. I just think after four days he should try heat to at least try speed up the time of the absorbstion before opening him self up.

2cc with a 1/2inch may be the issue. Oil sitting subq or in between. It'll dissipate, just leave it alone. Used to happen to me when I would use 1/2inch on glutes. You're not lean enough for 1/2inch in that area. I only use 1/2inch or slins for 1ml shots in lean areas now. No more issues. 1" for glutes, etc.

Exactly what Rambo said brother, or could it could have turned into a calcium deposit from inj period... Either way if it's not red,hot,or you don't have a fever(And also know you didn't break the needle in there lol jk)just leave alone it'll go away...They are a nuisance regardless when that extra testical is there because you know the damn lump is there...
