I broke my coller bone last weekend basicaly ending my season this year, a shitty call on a ref about not watching for collapsing scrums. I notice that its just depressing all i can realy do in the gym is leg press. It seems like i can feel myself shrinking. Its frustrating to watch my work just fading away and not being able to do anything about it.
Has any one been able to come back from this type of injury in less that 6 weeks if so what did u do to aid it?
