Bumped into this just now on youtube. The video is a surveillance video of a jail holding tank. The guard there ends up having a heart attack and passes out, heart either stops or is in bad v tach/fib. The prisoners somehow open the door and scream for help, and finally get someone's attention by using his radio.
The scary thing to me is how the other officers/guards don't grab a defibrillator and bring it in to use on him. They make them now so everyone can use them, really simple. I guess the jail didn't have any nearby. Heck, even the gym I lift at now has one on the wall. paramedics finally arrive with one.
