The car was rolled over, I don't know how many times... it still has a clear title according to the owner because he didn't have insurance?

do you think it's worth to buy that junk and fix it ? how much do you guys think it would cost to make it look like a brand new

Not a chance. If it rolled over it could have frame problems. The entire body needs work, would EASILY pass.

A unibody car will never look perfect or drive the same after a wreck like that.
You could probably get it fixed and have it look decent, but it wont be cheap, I would think 2k minimum fir a halfway decent paintjob, and easily another 3 to 5k in parts and labor. WAY MORE if you get OEM parts.

If it can be verified there is no frame damage (unlikely) and you can do the majority of the bodywork yourself...it could be worth it. More than likely its fucked though, if it was a $40k car might be worth a shot, but 20-25k (just guessing haven't looked at prices) way too time consuming. The rear end looks pretty rough... not a small project.

I'm a wholesale dealer, I used to sell wrecked cars before getting into lease returns.
It would cost more to get that car properly repaired than it would be to go buy one undamaged. If that owner had insurance, I assure you it would have been declared a total loss and would end up at a salvage pool.

Cars like these are either dismantled for parts or exported to countries that have high import tariffs and cheap labor rates. Its cheaper for them to pay a bond on a wrecked car and have it repaired with dirt cheap labor than it is to import an expensive undamaged one.
No such thing as cheap labor in the good ol' USA.
