ive been a fan of avena sativa, stinging nette, and maca. i had a cap machine and made 600mg caps of each and would take twice a day. its not instant but definitely made a differnece after a bit. ive always used it when off.

yohimbe makes me way horned up. Takes about an hour to kick in though. Lasts a long time.....for me.
