OT...OPENING A GYM...what would you want to see???

If you still want your HARDCORE section drywall doesn't cost all that much and a wall is easy to build. Section it off and away you go. That much space, divide it up and have a tanner, hair salon, nails, daycare, sports bar, nutritional store and get yourself a sirius system set up and pump in the music. That way it can be easily changed. Aren't you inthe upper west coast area?

I am in a place that is growing so fast we cannot keep up with construction. My buddy bought a brand new home for 117,000 3.5 years ago ano now he just sold it for 169,500.00...that is how crazy things are getting...a year ago USA TODAY voted us top 16 city to live in...or something close to that, so our property went up fast in 8 months...and it is still growing.

I did the same thing when I ran the gym for 5 years...after 9pm was power hour and bring in your own music.

What would i like to see in a new gym hmmmmm? id have to say HOT HOS and lots of them seriously when a gym has some hot looking snatch it just feels like a better gym honestly think about it .

I would have them bring in a pic when they sign up...if they are hot I would call them and let them know that they have just won 2 free months

ALSO, in my years of experince, hot women behind the counter is a HUGE PLUS. I had this one 5'11" 32 D itailian woman working for me...the best thing was...she was beautiful, but her personality was the best. She would talk to everyone and anyone.

seriously though.. Just a nice clean place with all the equipment
and some decent people running it will go a long ways imo..
No queer ass steam room infront of the changing room for the old weirdos to hang out in naked.. Infact how about a coed changing room

chalk and some good music in the Iron room.
Maybe a 60-and under age limit- no senior citezens or little kids in that area.
