I make a protein “pancake “ ( more like a soufflé, really) in my air fryer - great and easy way to get low calories, high volume and protein all at once… and smash any sweet cravings!
400 ml egg whites
3-4 teaspoons of stevia
1 tsp vanilla flavor
1 tsp cocoa powder
1-2 teaspoons baking powder
Whip all that until you get stiff peaks, then line a baking pan with parchment paper and your preferred spray non stick. Put the mixture in there, and air fry at 360 degrees for 14-15 minutes.
Boom, giant air filled fluffy pancake. Add any ingredients you want to top off, I usually generously sprinkle cinnamon over it, or sugar free syrup etc.
