OT: RIP Jeff Hanneman (Slayer)

Just read that Jeff Hanneman died today at the age of 49. He got bit by a poisonous spider back in 2011 and had health problems ever since. His liver finally gave out and he died. I would say something like now Jeff can go up to heaven and jam with Hendrix and Randy Rhoads, but somehow I think Jeff would feel more at home playing lead guitar in Satan's house band.... RIP Jeff....you will be missed. :headbang:

That is CRAZY that a spider bite could do all that. Its not the 1st time Ive heard of it happening though. 49 yrs old is young. RIP.

Sad day. I bought the South of Heaven tape when I was 12 and have been into metal since. Been to hundreds of concerts in my day but watching them play Seasons in the abyss straight through, from the front row takes the cake. Thanks for everything rip.
