That place is 10 mins from my parents house (30 mins from mine).

It really sucks that happened to her there...its a really beautiful bald...but extremely dangerous in lightning storms.

She or her bf should have known better...sucks nobody told them they need to either run for shelter or sit down on a foam sleeping pad when lightnin passes through.

the mountains storms can pop up over ridges with literally no warning.
