OT- Some ideas for my girlfriends birthday??

Im usually pretty good in this department but im drawling blanks at the moment, and i know alot of you guys can be very helpful in this area. Also if any Ladies care to help..please do! We've been together just about 3 years & She's turning 22... I spent alot of money at christmas, so id like to keep it reasonable... but not cheap!

My girlfriend done this for me last year:

She took me own of town for the weekend, just 2-3 hours away, took me to Emeril's restaurant and we got a hotel room for the night. Woke up the nest next, ate at Cracker Barrel and came home. We had a very nice time together. The whole trip costed her about $200.

take her to a nice resturant, and instead of buying a card for her, make one. its cheap and girls love it because you spent time on it. and maybe if theres ice skating or something around where you live, take her there. just tell her to dress warm and pick her up and dont say where your going and have a rose for her.

Make a big (about 10 or so inches high) one out of pictures of you and her together. She will love that!

One thing I did once every couple years on a special occassion for her is to get pictures from over the couple year or time fram and I will make a DVD of the pictures and our song. Then go to a nice dinner and have dinner made with bottle of wine.

New channel fragrance, Christalle "EAU VERTE". I will tell you. Any man would love this scent on his woman. Women will love this scent on women. It is very sexy and classy. Not flowery or cheap smelling. It just oozes class and freshness. Give her this before you take her out for that nice candle lit dinner. my suggestion...plan an experience.

A year ago i took my ex to the aquarium after we woke up to flowers being delivered. What she didn't know was that there is a little known private penguin encounter that is extremely limited (6 people/day) behind the scenes, play with them in the back rooms, etc.

Wasn't expensive, you just have to ask. Super fun, and she wont ever forget it. And then we got drunk and looked at fish and otters and shit.

Thats the type of thing I would suggest.

For my birthday she threw me a huge surprise party that must have taken a bit of planning...which i remember a lot more than anything else she ever got me.
