for all the office workers out there
has anyone converted their desk to a standing desk?
I am seriously considering converting my desk to standing level and want to get some thoughts
As my job involves long hours (i.e. at work from 8am-9/10pm) and my lower back gets sore from sitting down all day (although i do have a foam roller which i use at lunchtime to stretch out etc..)
Consequently, i feel it effects my lifting, as i have tight hamstrings, hip flexors etc..
It is not only the physical benefits, as recently, when i have to review a document, i will stand up, and i feel i have better concentration.
any thoughts would be appreciated
