Any of you guys know if 26" rims can be fit on a new body suburban/tahoe/denali without major modifications?? Saw a Denali with 26" rims on the internet and am thinking my little 22s are a little too scrawny. I would stick with my shiny black rim color though.

I have been trying to reach the owner of this car to see what had to be done to fit these things.

26 will fit right in there just depends what width that you go with to start shaving down the wheel wells

you ever ridden in a car with 26's... rides like shit. 24's are plenty, and even that seems too much.

i agree 22 on mine and that is comfortable i dont want to feel every bump in the road

|--[\\\]>--------- i have 22's and those are the biggst i'll go, fits nicely on my escalade, i was told 24's were the biggest i could go, if you want 26's, you will have to lift it i believe.

why the hell would you get lamborghini doors on an escalade? That's a nice way to ruin a car! Go Wing Mercedes and a Lamborghini are the only cars that should have those doors. It's cutesy when WestCoast Customs does it on a Civic, but come on!

anything over 23 on the denali rides like shit... hit a pothole like the ones here in nyc and you are screwed.

22s, if you get the right ones, look PERFECT on the denali bro. plus you will not sacrifice performance.

i would just drop teh denali a few inches rather than get bigger rims if you get a good suspension kit the ride will still feel good even if lowered

Come on you guys!!! lol we are all bodybuilders here isn't our motto "Wretched Excess"??? Its never big enough, loud enough, or ridiculous enough. Well I just spoke to my wheel guy as soon as I take delivery of the tahoe I will have to decide. 24" will be the minimum, probably 26" or Lexani makes a 27" that is pretty cool.

You only go around once.

one more and i will stop posting OT stuff

sweet!

I agree. I would drop it a couple of inches and go with the 22's.

remember the saying bro
"U can loose with 22's, thats whats up!!"
id say instead of opting for a larger diam wheel, id personally run a 55 series tire, and bag drop the denali.
this way u wont give up the luxury ride quality at all.
my boy has a black escalade ext with lexani 100karat 27's
it rides like fuckin shit bro
dont do it IMO
but if u must, anything over 22 u will need to flare ure fenders mildly and shave the inner wheel wells. ull also need to check offsets to see if ull clear ure springs and control arms.
good luck
frk

i dont know

i like 22, but 26 and 27 looks ridiculous to me, but its all in what you like.
