I got a buddy who owns a supp store and with the recent PH ban his sales are really being effected. He's under certain liabilty and isnt able to see any ph's now i guess. He wanted me to ask around whats the next best thing? Im presuming natural test boosters but those suck. Anyone know anything good that gives newbies quick gains b/c thats all these kids are looking for. What about that anabolic pump shit? Any idea's? Thanks

A lot of these kids are young though, with already high natty test. They are looking for quick gains. You know how most clients are. They dont wanna work for but want gains. I disagree with the theory but at the same time my buddy has a business to run you know.

creatine got me stronger but you lose the effects quickly when you stop. i don't think you should stay on it for more than 8 weeks without a break. the best i found is kre-alkalyne or something close to that spelling. jumped me up about 20 lbs for my heavy sets of 10 reps.

If you lose the effects quickly when you stop why would you recommending not staying on for more than 8 weeks? How long of break are you referring to?
 
I kept the weight I gained while on the creatine from MRI...I did take 6 tablets & not 4 like it says...but I put on weight/strength & it stayed

i could be mistaken sabagoy, but i think long runs of creatine can show up as an increase in creatinine which could adversely affect the kidneys. i would probably go 8 weeks on the creatine with 4 weeks off before going back on.

I kept the weight I gained while on the creatine from MRI...I did take 6 tablets & not 4 like it says...but I put on weight/strength & it stayed

mightyjohn, did you feel you gained lean muscle with creatine or water weight? i felt i got stronger because of water being drawn into the muscle and creating more favorable leverage. when i stopped the creatine the increase in intramuscular water subsided.
 
I give a big thumbs up for beta alanine. Helps you get those extra reps out which equates to better results. It is cheap to buy and actually has plenty of literature backing it up. A world better than any nitric oxide crap and really for me at least holds it's own with creatine. Also no stomach distress. Just a few moments of tingles. Anyone who has used beta alanine knows what I am talking about.

Some non hormonal supplement will help only if the person`s testasterone level is way below normal.

There hasn't been a pro-hormone ban since 2005. Is your buddy involved with a franchise?

I like Whey Isoaltes,,Creatine and some NO2.
I have also used a Tribulus product with good success.
 
good old creatine is proven and effective!, also don't underestimate the importance of a quality multi-vitamin and proper mineral supplementation

Thats always been my experience also Tom.
 
Tom, there is no need to cycle creatine. You can have elevate creatinine levels from working out, dehydration, and even eating your required amount of protein. Also, elevated creatinine, for most people, just means you need to drink more water and less soda...LOL...seriously though, more water.

Proven supplements that have mountains of literature to back them up

Beta Alanine
Creatine Monohydrate
EGCG extract
Fish Oil with enteric coating

There are a few products that are good but they don't compare to ph's.

All of american cellular's PH's have been banned. He does own a franchise and corperate is strict on what they can sell and what they cant. After the PH's were pulled he's lost a good chunk of business. People are always coming in asking for tren(the ph) and nothing can compare to that.

He's got all the creatine, No2 stuff,etc..

why Tom (about cycling creatine)? I have heard people say this before but I honestly don't get it. I'm on creatine every day of the year as it also helps me I have found (like you). I just stay on it though. 5g every day and 10g if its a workout day.

I apologize for not gettin back to You sooner Tom...I think it was pretty lean & thats why the weight stayed....as opposed to all the other times I did creatine & lost it as soon as I stopped
