OTC supps for Joints ?

I've tried all nothing works great just make sure you are getting enough omega-3. beyond this try mobility work and perhaps HGH would work wonders.

I did something called Flex made by GNC, it worked well not gonna lie, got rid off clicking noises in my shoulder but it was super expensive

Whatever you may look for that reduces "joint pain" look to see if it has a direct effect on inhibiting the pro-inflammatory enzymes COX-1 and COX-2.

Also, on your next visit with your primary care provider, ask if s/he could pull your uric acid levels, to rule out gout. If gout is suspected, certain food elimination would be advisable.

I used a product called SuperCisuss a while back and Allflex by Allmax, they really helped with the pain I had in my elbows, didn't completely get rid of it but it definitely helped.

Cissus is the best - I have all my ufc/bellator/titan guys using it
my gf has fibromyalgia and it helps her symptoms a LOT

I have boxers breaks in my hands and it helps with those and the achey knees from squats
