Just curious if anyone has opinions on other forms of cardio other than the basic treadmills, bikes, stepmills elipticals, etc. I used to play alot of raquetball in my football days in the off season to stay loose and in shape. I am currently on the treadmill for 45 min in the am and 45 min in the pm right after i train.
I was thinking about incorporating a couple hours of raquetball maybe 2 days a week after training instead of the treadmill to break up the monotony and maybe losen up the muscles a bit. My concern is that I am planning on getting back on stage in the next year or two and don't want this to have any adverse affects on my training.
