Today when I did incline barbell and chest dips I felt as if my shoulders were used way 2 much during these movements . Even though it did seem as if I used pretty good form on my chest.....now my chest and front delts are killing me....What can I do 2 minimize the stress put on my delts during chest day?..Any suggestions? Would really be helpful...Thanks
P.S the last time I hit shoulders where Last tuesday and I did it with chest but this week I am doing chest and tris so incase if someone asked when was the last time I did shoulders it has been a week ago......
