over 2 years on carnivore diet and various fasting lengths

Mine weakness is salty nuts. But i cheat on my diet with hummus and veggies pretty regularly.

Carnivore diet is worth looking into but 2 years for predicting long term health is a very short time. Heck i have spent 6 months prepping for 1 contest. And i have been in bad relationships for longer then 2 years with no bad outcomes! And I have seen some blood work from people that eat fast food shorter term but are careful about their choices have good blood work. Till someone has been on it 20-30+ years long term health on the carnivore diet is just a supposition.
 
I agree on the sugar...but i mean...what about this scenario

Guy a
Eats a balanced diet ,no processed junk, meat, fruits, oats, eggs, avocado etc. Tracks his calories and steps only and is healthy, feels great, is 8% always with no problem

Guy b
Struggles to stay lean, uses carnivore diet to curb his cravings, needs glps too, doesn't track his calories (assuming many carnivore people don't), walks around at 11% no problem


The first guy eats sugar but is leaner and doesn't need drugs or a restricted diet. Wouldn't he be better off despite eating sugar in fruits?

GUY B, you will not struggle to stay lean and definitely dont need glps.

Guy A does have a restricted diet because he's tracking (restricting) calories
 
idk if 205lbs **15% bodyfat** eating as much as you want is a big flex esp on a bodybuilding forum, that's essentially just being a normie gym goer.
except I haven't been to the gym in 7 years and have 17" shredded arms ( big downsize for 23" back in the day). I hold my bodyfat very well
 
Even the carnivore MD himself Paul Salad Gimp went back to some carbs
He was in business with liver king and is pushing supplements, he sold out for $$$ . he's even starting to look like liver king, must be on the same natural cycle :ROFLMAO:

Lets hear yalls thoughts on fasting, once per month I do a 72 or 96 hr fast. Eat at 6Pm Sunday and do not eat again until either Wednesday 6pm or Thursday 6pm.

i feel like it has amazing benefits and very easy to do now that I've done 20+ fasts of this length. Starting a fast already in ketosis makes it much easier too I think as there is no period of switching over to ketosis.

Main reason for fasting for me is the autophagy benefits.

When I started fasting my weight would drop 5+ lbs during that time and felt flat but now its maybe 1-2lb drop and i do not feel flat. Can still bike ride at about 90% intensity of when eating

Perhaps if you showed a current picture of yourself you’d win more converts

I agree that guy b...or anyone for that matter..Doesn’t need glps...they are unnecessary. We don't know if he will struggle to stay lean on carnivore however. But if he counts his calories, he can be gaurtineed to be lean.

I disagree on guy a. Counting calories in my book is not restricting anything. Its a basic practice that would benefit anyone who desires to be even .00000001 percent leaner or more muscular. I would say a carnivore diet is 100% more restrive than Counting calories.
 
The fact that he does make some factual statements does nothing to remove his status as a charlatan.
Also he is in scientology... so yeah.. and he´s a chiropractor. Takes small claims and blows them up as big do or die things, cherry picks etc.. dude is a slime ball..

I'm sure man, I'm, also 5'6 240lb lean and one shotting my pro card + Olympia qual within the same two weeks.
