Over Ear Headphones

Good idea. My old ear buds are going to live in my gym bag.

I cant stand working out without music.

I used to use this in the 90s....and here I am bitching about ANC....lol

I remember when I got my Sony G-Shock discman. At the time it was incredible tech that it didn’t skip lol. Crazy coming from that to having music wirelessly play from my smartwatch today.

The best part about over the ear headphones is people leave you the fuck alone at the gym a lot more. If it's just ear buds they will talk anyway. Downside is I sweat like a motherfucker since I'm basically wearing earmuffs.

So many options on headphones. I need a pair. I love bose but I feel like the brand cost more than what ur getting these days.

I had a decent pair of studio Beats from Costco for around a year and I went to take them off one day and they literally broke in half. Costco gave me a refund and my initial response was to buy a pair of Bose but I seen those Bowers and Wilkins and went with those instead. I absolutely love music and the sound quality is incredible, I also travel a lot, in and out of airports and the Noise Canceling feature is stellar as well.

Got the Sony XM4 headphones last night and used in gym today.

Initial thoughts are that the ANC is absolutely incredible. Sound is leaps and bounds better than the pixel bud pro 2s I was using.

Bit sweaty around the ears of course, but I find them more comfortable compared to stuffing ear buds in.

So far I am very happy with my Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones. I was pleasantly surprised by the strong bass.

I find the generic 20.00 set on Amazon do the same thing as the 500.00 "big name" ones.
Then it just becomes "status" for people... But its their money of course, do as you please...

Speaking for myself I would not know what a high end set of headphones would look like on someone at all. Nor would I give a shit.

I am also a very frugal dude, my CPA has crept into my personal life....

Have an amazing women and last Christmas she bought me over the ear Beats for the gym. Great quality audio and the freaking battery life is unbelievable. I can have a 1 1/2 hours in the gym all week and still have another solid week of battery left. Unreal.
