How many of you have had over-zealous friends who all of a sudden want to start coming to the gym with you, want you to train them, show them your diet, and make them "jacked" within a month? Being the nice guy that I am, I tell them that this is a lifestyle...not a 1 month fix to look good at a pool party! They usually train with me for about 6-8 days and refuse to do legs at all.

One buddy even went so far as to purchase a fourteen day supply of Test P. After explaining that he was nowhere near ready for AAS and even if he was, it wouldn't do shit for him...he then proceeded to tell me about his 8 week Halotestin/Superdrol/Anadrol cycle.:eek:

I've had it with this guy. I overheard him recommending a year-long AAS cycle of tren/deca to a 18 year old kid who actually dedicates himself in the right way to this sport and looks twice as good as this fool.

Anyone know any big-time turds like this?
 
I actually did a year-long AAS cycle of tren/deca. I wasnt really dedicated and i turned out looking like this. Not exactly the physique i was looking for but i guess you live and learn!!!

Thanks, it took me awhile to get some good size on my quads! My only regret would be as you can see some minor gyno i developed in the process!
 
Just got off the phone with this douche...

He seriously wants to know what the best AAS oral would be for bicep size and seperation! I told him that rat posion is what many competitors use before a contest to cut up. Unfortuneately he didn't believe me so I told him that Mike Mentzer used a technique to improve bi/tri seperation by doing thirty two sets of 50 rep barbell curls in the shower.

I told him the running water would bring more blood to the biceps and "cut them up"

He's gonna let me know how it works out...
 
Now this dude is angry with me because he says he's "not seeing results" while he drinks a mountain dew and eats chinese food.
 
id say fuck him, ive had many people try to work out with me, and aside from my training partner, and recently 1 other friend none have been able to hang for longer than a week. it gets to leg day and they are like...no...or back day when i deadlift and theyre gone...

Being in the Army, I have one thing to say: For all of you living in the USA, just be warned that our Army is full of fat sacks of shit (soldiers). And I recommend buying a gun and lots of ammo. You should see some of these putrid physiques that defend us. Not even enough discipline for PT.

ive seen some of my friends that have gone to the army and gotten admitted. back when i was in high school i wrestled and stayed disciplined and in fairly good shape, and i would see the kids who did nothing their whole life, and didnt know what to do with their life go join the army. there are some people who join because its what they want to do, and others who do it because they dont know what else to do. the one person i mentioned above that has been training with me, and staying with it for the most part is considering the marines in about a year, and currently does BJJ and is doing this to prepare. i was surprised with his discipline, but generally people want results yesterday without putting effort in.
 
This is true bloodshed! Not to derail the thread...but when we were in kuwait waiting to cross the border into Iraq, there were a bunch of marines with us there too. I have to give these guys total credit for their dedication to physical excellence. I didn't see one fat marine. Props to these guys! I chose the wrong branch
 
yeah it seems the ones who care more go rines. isnt the rines a bit harder to get into then the army as well? im not sure as ive never really looked into it. well weve gotten quite off topic..
 
yes we have strayed off topic but it suits me. The marines require you to do pullups in their physical fitness test. the weak-ass army want pushups, situps, and a 2 mile run. Marines want pullups crunches and a 3 mile run i think.

I really have no pride in my chosen branch anymore. when I first got home from basic i was all excited and wore my uniform around back home and shit. I signed up as 11B (Infantry). Then I saw how gay it is and can't wait to get out.
 
yes its very annoying i have friends who cant just take their time my friends second cycle started out just 500mgs of cyp and 400mgs of eq for 14 weeks and he keeps adding more and more hes now shooting 100mgs tren ed test prop, cyp winny also t3 and clen and proviron i cant understand why people cant see that this is a marathon not a sprint

i dont understand why he doesnt realize if he spread that into 2 or 3 cycles he would have gained much more in the long run then he did doing it in just 1.

They fail to realize that the phrase "Blood, sweat, and tears" doesn't mean crying while you struggle to put your tampon in.
