Overall fatigue

I got one from 03/08/19

Hemoglobin 17,7
Hematocrit 51,7

Only one person touched on red blood cell count.

I stopped cycling and was only hrt for about a year. I only kept up with the same labs that you just posted. I had a similar issue with fatigue and just felt off. I kept pushing my doc to run tests.

It turned out that my red blood cell count had gotten outrageously high. I had to give blood right away to lower it, and started feeling better. I’ve been bad about donating blood, but now i do it every 60 days.

Get labs testing your red blood cell count as well as liver and kidney enzyme.
 
Sleep apnea is not joke like others have said, at least get tested and look into it

I just started my Cpap Machine about 2 weeks ago and I can tell I am sleeping way better and feeling more rested already.
 
Test levels are at about 1g/week, estradiol is 4-6x normal. When was last time you were off completely? 150mg/week is still keeping your body in high gear, try 100mg/week or 10mg/day.

Your body probably needs rest and recovery, that will never happen on cycle.

You are a full MD? You don't communicate like it...

T3 so low I would definitely primarily suspect thyroid. I would stop all stims temporarily also.

Finally, next time you feel really bad, take 2 Tylenol, if you feel much better, you just have "test-flu" from too high of a dose (per Dave Palumbo).

Yeah man... I’m an Anesthesiologist... of course I’ll not write some medical terms here, just if necessary... I trust in you guys and that’s why I came here, because I know some of you has much more experience in this specific science (steroid, diet and trainning).

I feel better now, not full recharged but better than before. I’ll keep those 100-200mg/week for now. Regarding stims I don’t use any of them, including coffee

About the high dose, could be? I think probably not... I’ve used “bad” labs sometimes and know how I feel from strong PIP and inflamation. But I feel better now with very low ones. And I’ve used much more and felt better some years ago, and if you see my past doses were low.
