Every so often for the sake of variety I will treat standing clean and press as my main pressing exercise and take a break from benching. Really helped balance out my physique and shoulder health.
So instead of starting a new post i'm curious if you guys wrap the bar with a towel for zercher squats? cause anything past 275 the crook of my elbow hurts horribly unless I wrap it up. Or am I just being a bitch haha
Not sure what that has anything to with the thread. My boy has a Zercher bar that he bough custom Black widow, or maybe it's a fat cambered bar that uses for both. I dunno Check it out.

He does one clean just for pressing? Some one was trying to teach me but he was an Olympic lifter and was trying to switch up my whole dead form into me being more vertices to the ground.
