Oxandralone with TRT immense energy

Question for anyone who takes oxandralone.

In the last year I’ve added oxandralone at 5mg sometimes 10mg day to my trt of 150mg week. Usually for 30-60 days at a time.

My mood is lifted and I’m have all kinds of new energy now from adding the oxandralone. It has occurred on both occasions when I’ve added it to my protocol. Is there something specific to oxandralone that causes lifted mood and energy? It is quite pronounced.

The testosterone I’ve been on for 9 yrs and I’ve taken underground oxandralone before but never had this effect.

Everything I have now is pharmaceutical grade and Dr prescribed.

Is the SHBG reduction known to cause mood effects? Feels like I’m a new person.

I feel the same with var. I've tried different UGLs and all are very stimulating and interrupt sleep. First time I tried thought I was sent clen. Got another vendor same thing.
RAW dht does the same thing. Very stimmy same for proviron but less so. Still stimmy

I've been using it quite a while as well, through my HRT company. I split the tabs (48.5mg) and take 24.25mg a day typically preworkout. I've found it really gives me a boost when I do endurance/cardio type training. I believe it stimulates the CNS system and for me I've notice it drops my SHBG in the low single digits but I havent noticed any negative sides though. I typically use it 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, pull bloods for doc and then repeat. I reorder it every time.

Just wondering...Does the oxandrolone impact your blood work in any negative way?

As I got older ….

Even low dose Var (25 mg/day) makes me so lethargic I barely have enough energy to open my eyes.

N=1 though as I know this not typical. When I was young, it didn’t do this at all.

Im on Test Cyp 80mg per week but libido fluctuates between normal to low. Free test level was above range with higher doses. May add cycles of Var and see if this helps
