x100000.... so true. the man might not be the most asthetic guy on the scene but he comes in hard, lean, and dry every outing. he is very consistent with his conditioning. If he could teach that to melvin anthony, melvin would be winning some big shows.he has done the absolute most he can with his structure. always comes in shape.

yes but like i said above.. melvin could learn something from paco, because melvin is getting beat by genetically inferior guys than him cause he can't do what paco does show after show after show.... hit the stage dialed in! ripped, hard, and dry.I agree but Melvin will beat him every time because of his shape, when Paco is bigger, harder, and obviously paid more dues. The nature of our sport I guess but I see little difference between Branch W. or Paco, but Branch places well and Paco doesn"t. Paco Just as impressive to me!!!

His hams are awesome. Looks like someone came in a carved them out of his quads. The separation is fantastic.
