Cheers guys,
As my weight has gone up (230 to 240 pounds) and I enforced my calve training I experience regular pain in my feet and achilles tendons. The pain has actually occured in different area, but it has stayed in the area where the achilles tendon connects to the bone of the heels.
It occurs especially in the morning while walking and also in the evening if i put some external pressure on the area.
I have shitty calves and dont want to drop calve training. However I am already using a higher rep approach. Also I consider that calve training is not the only reason for this pain.
Has anyone similar experience? What can I do about it?
