Pain in biceps on negative portion of pressing movements

I have been having pain or discomfort in my biceps on the negative portion of pressing movements. I haven't even been training them directly. Friends have had the same issue. Does any one know the reason and or how to fix it?
They feel like they are pulling right now and I haven't done anything today as far as training goes.
 
Rest bro, take a few days off the gym. Ice it to. Where's the pain closer to your elbow or shoulder?
 
I'm more just curious what it is since a lot of people I train with get it. It's like only the negative of a press hurts.
I might have even asked this question in the past last time I had a flair up. I cant even curl light weight and it feels like a tendon tightening thing( not that i know anything about tendons
thanks guys appreciate it.
