I'm 5 weeks out from a raw powerlifting meet.
Was doing deadlifts the other day with five plates and a quarter.
My last rep I held on to the bar as long as I could do hit the grip a bit.
Felt fine after the set aside from the fact that it was heavy.
A day later my neck started to really hurt.
Get that high blood pressure when I bent over to pick up my kids.
I'm feeling around my neck thinking I strained the thick neck muscle but it definitely hurts to check my pulse on the left side.
Right side is totally pain free.
Left side hurts like a bitch.
I haven't checked my blood pressure in a while but my blood work a month ago is fine.
On 1200mg of testosterone/wk + some letro like once a week I always forget to take it lol. Plus I'm taking about 10g creatine per day.
Any ideas? Prob going to wait a day or two but I was planning on doing some heavy squats here Saturday but I don't want to pass out in the hole either. haha.
