pain in feet

I spend a lot of time on my feet, especially at work. The past few months my left foot has been in a lot of pain, especially around the outside edge and on the top. I finally went to a high end athletic shoe store on Monday. They put me on a treadmill and some other machine to see how my feet landed. I then tried on several different shoes that they recommended and picked the ones that felt best. They said it would take a couple of weeks to get relief, it took only two days.

Shoes are very important in foot care.........so find the right shoes and spend the money.

What brand/kind of shoes did you get?

Does rubbing your feet with your hand relieves the pain or make it worse?

If it relieves the pain, it is most likely neuropathy and the cure is Lyrica (Pregabalin).

went to the foot doctor yesterday-general practice doctor today

they think neuropathy maybe a slight case of planters fasciitis

put me on gabapentin...anti seizure medication


got me better shoes and inserts to see if that will help


anyone have any luck with a treatment called TENS???
