Pain in Knee

Anyone ever have slight pain in their knee after a quad injection? Is there anything that can be done to stop the pain. It is not much but enough that I notice it for a couple days.

i believe its from a shot to close to the knee this response was in a thread started by another dude not to long ago with same problem i suggest u use the search engine to find it....

Thank you for your feed back but it was pretty high up on the quad, maybe about 4 or 5 inches down past my hip. Another lad said it could be caused from the oil leaking out of the muscle on running down to the knee.

I'm no doctor...sadly...

I don't know how oil would "leak" from a muscle, and if so, why that would cause any knee pain. What does the pain fell like...sharp, dull etc?

Most likely it is referred pain. You have nerves such as the obturator nerve and saphenous nerve pass thru the thigh and knee and have branches that spread out. If you irritated one of these either thru the injection or the oil itself then you can have pain going down stream to the knee. hope that helps.

Its more like a ache I would say dull not too sharp, just enough that I notice some discomfort it last a couple days then goes away.

Yes that helps. Is there anything that I can do to help avoid this issue and please don't say change injection site. I have hit these babies in other cycles and this never happened, so my guess is that it must have something to do with the oil. It is a blend of tren hex, test cyp, and eq. just a hair over 3 per pin.

If it is a different type of compounds etc you may just be irritating the nerves in that area. Not much to do besides "CHANGE INJECTION SITES" or change compounds if this continues to happen. If it is a one time thing then dont worry about it.

I was afraid you were going to say that. But the pain is not that bad it is tolerable, plus I am only hitting them every other week in rotation with the glutes.
