hey guys the last 3 weeks i’ve been getting extremely painful pump only on chest an shoulders i’m doing a push pull split i start with incline barbell an after my 4th set i’m toast the pump is so bad i can really do any more for chest an shoulders only light lateral raises...only thing i can think of is dehydration? i’m doing a 6 week mini cut an added helios only thing i’ve changed...doesn’t happen on any other body parts...any one experienced this?
