Saw this video the other day, thought it might be good to post for anyone that has experienced this. At the 7 minute mark is when he discusses it.

DEALING WITH CRAMPING!

Interesting he didn't talk about Taurine. To me Taurine gets mentioned alot on various bodybuilding sites as an aid to clen cramps.

The best thing to prevent clen Cramps is not taking clen

Salt cures my clen cramps, I get zero if I salt my meals and shakes. I think most bodybuilding diets are very rich in potassium and low in sodium, plus the sweating, you can easily be undereating sodium relative to potassium.

He talked about the muscle contracting harder while on it, but didn't really say exactly why. Is there any truth to this? If so, why is that?

5g taurine twice per day only thing stops me cramping from Clen

Whenever I used Clen back in the day all I needed to get rid of the cramps was 1g Taurine 3-4x/day, extra water and 400 mg potassium with my last meal before bed.

I've heard lots of claims that Taurine helps with cramping, it helps with other things, but IMO it doesn't help worth a shit with any kind of cramping.

Not just clen, but I've had serious cramping issues with Anavar in particular, as well as some other orals. Chelated magnesium helped with cramping more than any amount of Taurine intake. That plus making sure you are properly hydrated, there are electrolyte powders you can drop into your intra or water or whatever that will give you extra potassium if you aren't getting enough of that (most people arent).
