She should have gotten 90 days, the silly twit even turned up late to court. Now if that's not thumbing your nose at the law I don't know what is. I'm surprised she didn't take a few cell calls while on the stand.......................Don't worry though, she will not do it tough in the prison, money talks and they love money in jail. Me personally, I can't stand her..........she can stay in jail for ten years as far as I'm concerned.

The only problem is that jail in Lynwood is overcrowded, and "semi-celebrity" Michelle Rodriguez got exact same punishment for same crime, and spent 3 hours there and then they let her go due to "overcrowding".

If it is overcrowded when Paris arrives, they better let some of the poor ladies go that are in there for smoking weed or something far less harmless that DUI and then thumbing nose at law by continuing to drive... all the celebs do it out here- there's pics of them behind the wheel all the time when they have a suspended license.

I hope the appeals judge throws the book at Paris...

I agree with everyone here, she does deserve to pull the time, but will she? Doubt it!! Money will ultimately get her out of it... Like Lats said, she was caught 3 TIMES behind the wheel while suspended . And THIS, yesterday, is another example of her arrogance/thumbing-nose at judicial system. I hope the new appeals judge sees this:
