Agreed!!! And Levrone's is also pretty mind blowing. Dorian is small as F when he was younger. I don't think you can say much about genetics with that pic. That is seriously like 120lb of lean mass added even if it is 10 yrs in between pics. Crazy!!!

I may be mistaken and someone please correct me if I'm wrong but I either read or heard him say on his video that he was part Italian and part black.

Again I could be wrong so if you know please chime in.

I personally believe he's 100% part of the genetic freak race!

It's ALL genetics.....genetics doesn't simply mean what you looked like as a teenager.....it's response to training, food, gear, recovery ability, ability for ones body to utilize high protein, etc, etc, etc.....

Here is a question for those guys.....Have you ever seen a 13-15 year old person who was 250 pounds shredded/jacked? Because I sure as heck haven't. I don't know what people are looking for when they look at a 13-15 year old pro bodybuilder before he started lifting? 5'10' 250 shredded? There is no such thing as a 13-15 year old kid that looks like a pro bodybuilder before he has even touched a weight EVEN IF HE EVENTUALLY BECOMES A PRO BODYBUILDER.

Platz leg development over the years was insane!!! His legs looked underdeveloped on the first picture compared to his upper-body. The argument that is all genetic may not play through here seeing that he had already clearly started training in the before picture and his legs were subpar. Then again, maybe he wasn't concerned about leg training when he first started training. It would be interesting to know what drove his legs to grow so much more than his upper-body later on his career...

these pics are sort of misleading in terms of what gear can do, or genetics, whatever. some of these guys are still teenagers, 18-20. how many of you or people you know went from skinny youth to bulky adults just from reaching maturity? Christ, I know guys I went to school with who were 160 and 10 years later, no working out, no nothing, they're 230-240 adult men?
bulky and big, not all fat.
the yates one is the most misleading. a skinny teenage youth to an adult mr. Olympia pic?
