3-cans tuna fish
1oz. cheddar chese cut into small cubes
1oz. feta cheese crumbled
10/10 olives black & green
1/2 onion copped up
2-garlic gloves
2-teaspoon red pepper
1-teaspoon sea salt
all mixed up and i add a little bosamic vinger & olive oil
