Pasturized liquid egg whites

Guy's I would like to hear your opinion's on liquid egg white's any one used these with success.

not sure if i can throw a link in or not but www.eggwhitesint.com is a great company, ive used them before, excellent service, i ordered on a friday and they even called me, not an email but a personal call to ask me if it was okay they ship on monday instead of friday. great people to do busniess with. product was everything i expected, i only used it in protein shakes but there is many other applications, i suggest getting the pump too so you know exactly how many whites you are consuming

I love them! I just bought two gallons. One I'm using now and the other I froze. I add them to all my whey protein shakes and cook with them too. The pump makes them super easy to use.

Fantastic cost/benefit product. I have been using them with great results.

I add them to my EAS triple-protein shakes to make a 4th protein type for an incredible amino acid profile and it's been working well.

Love the egg whites. I have to be careful though not to use them too much because I am trying to get my protein from a variety of sources and I find that I use them too often instead of preparing a proper meal.

Great add on to your shake, extra protein/shake tastes better IMO. On my menu. I feel much more energy and overall thickness.

But how does it compare to whey and casien.... Anyone? A triple effect of all three including LBS's seem's to me to make good sense.

[Brute Force]

It's digested quicker than casein but slower than whey. A shake of casein, whey and egg is an ideal MRP or pre-bed shake that will give you a time-released effect.
