I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. After tons of reading on the topic it seems it is still largely an unknown topic on a "cure" for this nagging pain....Some days are worse than others, mainly climbing stairs is what triggers it for most people....Alot of people call it "patella maltracking syndrome".
Anyone have any experience with this nagging knee issue? If so how did you personally adapt your training?
