Where do you read it’s completely reversible diet only controls blood sugar it doesn’t reverse the pancreas to function at 100 percent like a normal person with no beta cell death. Explain ?

I’m eating 700g carbs with blood sugars 5.2 2 hours after a meal upon waken 4.2 absolutely normal perfect actually

It's not damaged genius. Type 2 is insulin resistance. The pancreas is producing too much because your tolerance to insulin is too high from over production and increased frequency. Decreasing meal frequency to and limiting carbs fixes it. Wow!

yes diet will prevent increased spikes but it still doesn’t function normally like how yours responds to food

But I’m controlling it on high carbs why hell would I starve myself or for that matter eat a horrible disgusting low carb diet when I can control it with A metformin some other medication or B insulin

My diet is perfection gluten free plenty green veggies meat. Green tea etc.

But My whole point is I did low carbs 50-100 for months and it didn’t cure me and anyone that thinks are cured one carb meal your blood sugar is high again just one meal?? But that’s months without it

Ask yourself this how come you can eat pizza and junk let’s say for example because shit food is packed with sugars fats then test blood sugar and be 6.1 yet a diabetic 1-2 lada etc on no medication will be 12

that’s a impaired pancreas no matter what kind of diet you go on

so your saying if I go back on 50gram of carbs a day no medication in 12 weeks I will be cured for life and can have a cheat meal and be normal like you ?
