Hey guys just a recent pic I took the other day currently 8.5 wks out of bodypowerUK and sitting at 285 first thing outta bed. I just liked the way the light hit me making me look pretty grainy [emoji4].
He looks awesome,,,getting close you can see. He should look even more amazing in a few more weeks. Keep us posted,,,I'd like to see how he progresses.
Do you do your own diet plan to prep for competition or do you use a coach to help out? Just curious becuase i've watched most of your training vids on youtube but would be cool to see the diet and how you structure it leading into a show.
