Your arms in those one arm overhead extensions you were doing looks soooo gigantic like 25 inches cos they have such great shape. all the best for bodypower UK . Well said. It's s shame we couldn't have gone to cheer Paulo on. Although the main reason to go is the fitness girls. Although Paulo does have great glutes too
