Does anyone else use Dynex USB device to sign online? My brother's laptop is the *main pc* and everything was working fine, then about 2 weeks ago, it just seemed to crash and I'm unable to sign online any longer and the program won't even open up. I'll double click it, see an hour glass... then the hourglass just disappears like I never even tried to open it. I dont have my receipt any longer and it's been over 30 days since I've had the device anyway, so I don't think Best Buy would even do anything to assist with it as I had issues with them before over other situations.
I'm unable to fully install the drivers, and even before I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, but it still seems not to be working at all. I'm starting to get a bit annoyed by having to borrow his laptop all the time for work and such.
I have had a lot of problems with my pc, and when this wouldn't work, I did a complete system restore to factory settings, and it's still not working. The pc itself isn't to bad if I could fix this as the other issues were due to having so many programs (junk) on it.
Any advice how I can try to fix this program? Or am I going to have to go out buy another one to see if that would work, or if it is my pc?

(edit) just realized the package says do not return to store, to call the manufacturer. so hopefully someone would be able to assist me there. this is frustrating.
