Pct help. Wife's is trying to get prego

Haven't been on here much lately but could use some help cause the Dr's here are useless.
32yo been on blast/cruise for 5 years wife decides she wants to get pregnant and I have some injuries from powerlifting. I'm not able to lift like I was so I decided it was time to come off for a while. I've been off since the first of august test levels were 586 on 150 mg week test E. No hcg never ran it. I've ran clomid or nolva or both for almost the entire time untill now. Highest my test has gotten was 84 with lh .9 and fsh 2.4. I tried one week up hcg test levels shot up to 481 then back down to 81 with a lh of 1.4 and fsh of 1.9.
I also tried triptorelin with no luck.
Anyone have any other suggestions? Has anyone been through this before if so how long did it take to recover?

You don't necessarily need high eat levels to conceive. Have you and your wife been actively trying yet? If so how long? Have you ever conceived before? It will take 10-14 weeks to have active and available sperm and you have been off 20. Sometimes when people are on many years it just takes longer.

IF your sperm count was normal before you should be fine it may just take some time. Have you conceived or know if you previously had a normal count?

Sperm count was normal before I have a daughter from a previous marriage. I forgot to add I had a sperm count done two weeks ago had 12 million. Biggest issue now is no sex drive. I don't feel that bad just had no drive to do anything.

i've seen people on this forum conceive when on high doses. i dont think test levels have anything to do with it? Imo with my limited knowledge, i'd try HCG 250iu e3d and fuck the shit out of my wife

I was on 500 IU twice per week and my sperm count was very low, 700,000. I also take 100 my per week.

My doc bumped up HCG to 1000 three times per week (with 100 mg test per week) and my sperm increased sevenfold: 4.5 million, and I got my wife pregnant recently.

Little trickles of HCG (250 to 500 IU) do not do the trick for many men. I never juiced (just acquired hypogonadism at age 22) but did not use HCG til this year. So if someone's pituitary is shut down for over a decade, low doses will likely not work. MY doc has some men on HCG mono therapy at 9000 IU per week, all the way up to 5,000 IU every other day!!!

Melanotan II gives me chronic erections while sleeping, random erections during the day, and a much increased sex drive. I took it last night and my sex drive is much higher today. The sexual component of melanotan II is PT-141. It works in approximately 2/3 men and women.
When I take 25mg tadalifil with it I feel like I'm going through puberty again.

We review our experience with Melanotan II, a non-selective melanocortin receptor agonist, in human subjects with erectile dysfunction (ED). Melanotan II was administered to 20 men with psychogenic and organic ED using a double-blind placebo-controlled crossover design. Penile rigidity was monitored for 6 h using RigiScan. Level of sexual desire and side effects were reported with a questionnaire. In the absence of sexual stimulation, Melanotan II led to penile erection in 17 of 20 men. Subjects experienced a mean of 41 min Rigiscan tip rigidity>80%. Increased sexual desire was reported after 13/19 (68%) doses of Melanotan II vs 4/21 (19%) of placebo (P<0.01). Nausea and yawning were frequently reported side effects due to Melanotan II; at a dose of 0.025 mg/kg, 12.9% of subjects had severe nausea. We conclude that Melanotan II is a potent initiator of penile erection in men with erectile dysfunction. Thanks for the encouragement. Any idea why the clomid and nolva isn't increasing anything I can't find much saying it doesn't work everyone I see who is secondary has an increase in lh fsh and test levels while taking it

I've tried pt141 and mt2 before I didn't notice much on the erection side and CIALIS makes me feel like shit cold aches upset stomach.

Get back on your hrt.
Run hcg at 500iu twice a week
Run hmg at 50iu 3 times a week.

This should be enough to get testicular size and function back as well as spermogenisis.

It may take up to 6 months, but in time you should be g2g.

Thanks that's my next option. I'm fertile now just no sex drive. Hard to have kids when you'd rather eat ice cream and watch lifetime

HMG? Can someone refresh my memory?

I'm running a second PCT right now of HCG and Nolva. After a 20 week cycle I did a 6 week PCT and 2 weeks after my PCT my total test was at 220 and the Dr made me think that was like nothing. I felt fine, but very little sex drive and my testicular size is much smaller than it usually is 3 months after a cycle... So i figured another quick PCT cant hurt.

Go get a semen analysis done, it's $125-150. They'll tell you the results in a week. My gf wanted to come off bc because of skin botching issues and I've been on 150mg test a week for the past 5 years or so and my sperm count was 0, so we all respond differently to this.

Already had one done i had 12million its low but at least something. One thing that worries me is my fsh is low but I'm producing sperm if I go back on trt+hcg will I still produce what I am now or more? I don't have a source for hmg

I would honestly start with 50mg clomid nightly, hcg every 2-3 days and some d-aspartic acid each night m. I did this for my first child while on trt. Within 2 months she was pregnant. 4 months after our son was born im running 500-750mg test and she got pregnant without even trying. Don't over think things and def don't stress. It will happen!!

In a nut shell: HMG (human Menapasol gonadotropin) it will mimic Folicall stimulating hormone which is necessary for sperm production and maturity. HCG mimics leutenizing hormone which is necessary for stimulating the testes for testosterone production.

Since these hormones are exogenous hormones that mimic the body's indogenous hormones rather than help the body produce it's own, there is no need to come off of trt. You can still stimulate your reproductive system within normal function while on trt just by using hcg and hmg.
