Next10.clomid50mg+nolva20mg
Next10.clomid50mg OR Nolva 20mg

Start your SERMS a couple of days before the HCG,
Run the HCG and the SERMS (both or individually) SIMULTANEOUSLY, continue SERM.
I would run the HCG/Tamox... followed by the clomiphene.
