did b&c for 2 years, wife wants to get fertility testing done in Jan 2026 so my last pin was August 15, 2025. Was on test/eq/tren e

On sept 8 started
HCG at 1000iu 3x weekly for 2 weeks
Enclo @ 25mg
Nolva @ 20mg

Still taking nolva and enclo

Got blood work 1 week ago, family dr wouldnt order LH or FSH but is referring to endo for those tests. My results are:

Test 3.8 (7.6 - 31.4)
Prolactin 11 (<18)
Estradiol 39 (<159)
Free Test 124 (160 - 699)

Obviously not recovered - I restarted HCG at 1500iu yesterday and am still taking enclo/nolva. Any recommendations while I wait for endo?

Symptoms: strength has reduced slightly, morning energy is low, dick does not work at all

Add HMG to your protocol if you want to be able to get your wife pregnant.
75ius of HMG 2-3 times a week.
3x is better but it can get quite expensive.

Yea you need HMG and also if you last pinned 8/15 it has not been that long considering you were on for 2 years. Also considering the esters etc.

Pretty sure I read threads on here where it took some guys 6 months+

I have been on for about 2 years: test, eq, low dose deca and got my wife pregnant 2 months ago. it can happen. A lot of guys stay on TRT doses but a doctor will tell you to get off of everything.
