PCT suggestions

My last shot of Test E was last Wednesday. I am looking for a few different ideas for PCT i have Clomid, Arimidex,& Exemestane. I have DHEA and some dbol for cortisol control as well.

What are some idea's here fellas im interested to hear what some of yall would do with the above selection of compounds to help me recover.
Also according to www.roidcalc.com my test wouldnt fully be out of my system til 4 weeks and then its at 10mg
That doesnt make sense wouldnt i want to wait longer than 14 days after my last poke?

Tapering is easier on your system than just coming off all at once.

Next time, run a TRT dose for a month while your hormone levels even out, then taper down from there. If you do that, Clomid would be all you need.

Hey bro i am by no means any type of expert here but i would do the following (Its what my next pct will be). But it depends on how long your cycle was.

3 to 4 weeks of Clomid @ 50mg ed.
Exemestane: 12.5 to 25 mg ed depending on your sensitivit, gyno presence, and bloating.
